Some of the flutes in my collection
This is one of the flutes on the Kiamichi Wind album. I made this flute. It is Western Red Cedar with a carved bird on top. Carving the bird took much more time than making the flute. It is in the key of F# and is tuned to a pentatonic scale. Some people call this style of flute a Native American Style. The truth is that they are not like the North American indigenous flutes.
